Answering All Your Questions and Concerns

You're right to have many questions before settling on an entertainment company. We hope to provide satisfactory answers to our most common questions so that you can make an informed decision before ever picking up the phone. Read through our handy FAQ below, and feel free to reach out using our contact information if you have any other concerns.

How far in advance should we book a DJ for our wedding?

It’s best to book your DJ 9-12 months in advance to secure your preferred date, especially during peak wedding seasons.

How involved can we be in the music selection?

You can be as involved as you like! We’re happy to accommodate must-play songs, do-not-play lists, or a specific playlist. However, requiring the DJ to stick strictly to a playlist may impact guest engagement. With our experience, we know how to keep everyone entertained and the energy high.

Can we meet the DJ before our wedding?

Yes! We’re available to meet via Zoom, phone, or in person to ensure everyone is aligned on expectations, music choices, and the event timeline.

What kind of equipment do you provide?

We bring professional-grade sound systems, microphones, dance floor lighting, uplighting, and photo booths. We also have secondary battery-powered sound systems to accommodate your ceremony and cocktail hour.

Do you provide music for the ceremony?

Yes, we can handle ceremony music, including pre-ceremony background music, processional and recessional songs, and microphones for officiants.

Are you insured?

Yes, we carry liability insurance.

What happens if there’s a technical issue with the equipment?

We come prepared with backup equipment, including speakers, microphones, and laptops, to ensure the music never stops

Do you MC (make announcements) during the event?

Yes, we serve as both DJ and MC, handling announcements like introductions, first dances, and other key moments.

Can you take requests from guests?

Yes, we’re happy to take guest requests unless you prefer otherwise. Just let us know any songs you don’t want played.

What's your dress code?

For weddings and suit and tie affairs, our team will come appropriately dressed for the occasion.

How do you ensure everyone

has a good time?

We use our expertise to read the crowd, adjust the music, and create a fun, energetic atmosphere that keeps everyone dancing.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel more than 30 days prior to the event, the deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations made within 30 days of the wedding date will result in the forfeiture of both the deposit and the remaining balance. However, we are happy to work with you to reschedule your event to a new date, subject to availability.
